15% FLAT RATE TAX LURE??

Dear All, Living in this border-less world to migrate or not to migrate is a choice and core essence in human right fundamental. Let us not delve too much and make racist comments here.We have to accept the fact that people migrate everywhere  and every time is a non-issue in most developed country nowadays. Especially when they feel there are better prospects elsewhere.
The main factor or the key motivation of migration which remains to be the endogenous cause is remuneration and wages. It was estimated that the difference of wages between destination and source countries is between 3-15 times. This remains a key push factor of migration. In this  challenging  world it can be difficult to change this temptation of life. More than what each of us want in life, such as wealth, status, uptodate lifestyle, self esteem and many more factors that keep ascending the ladder of human wants and achievements. Than the ideal way of life, freedom in almost  every aspect of human intellectual capacity.

Especially to those  who has lived most of his adult life outside his country of birth (admittedly not as a refugee but as a probably somewhat privileged professional), I am quite sure that - the above brief list of  temptation to migrate are the main reason to stay in those so call better places.
Frankly having Talent Corp to lure back Malaysian's professional is sort of changing one more thing of a norm in nature. Attempting the "impossible". It's not going to happen, unless when Malaysia is a fully develop and just like that nations of choice for the professional.
So why even bother, to have this Talent Corp thing?
I fully agreed with the idea that "instead of trying to lure Malaysians home, why don't the government look into why these talented and brainy people are leaving in the first place? Such as why medical doctor in a government hospital are paid less than those director of a department which only have general art degree?  And what about those who chose to stay and "Berkhidmat Untuk Negara" despite being offered a greener pasture? Where and what are their incentives and rewards? "
Like it or not, there is no short cut to this issue. Flat rate 15% tax, seems not to be  the right attitude in luring professional Malaysian abroad. I don't know are we dealing with commodity or human value and wants?

How the government going to achieve this? Getting to know them, understanding their attitude is completely a different experience or learning in building a  nation. Honestly, their experience will be able to inspires every people, the experience that leaves us all thinking "what want they have, their wanting for better life, their wanting to enjoy the rewards of having such professionalism" and many more wants.
However, as from the very begining of my comment "brain drain" is a common issue everywhere. Apart from the lure of remuneration and wages other aspect of living life do have some motivation and the wants to migrate.
Just one simple line to illustrate that unfulfill wants;
How can one possibly live together if one doesn't even understand each other?
After more than 50 years of Merdeka, I reminisce the early years of self reliance where our father, parents and grand parents of various races live harmoniously together in the spirit of Muhibbah and now the loud banging of 1 Malaysia, yet, till now we question the justification of NEP, harping on racial equal rights for education,housing,job offering and many more ..are we all now drifting apart, despite that, so call being a professional and  knowledgeable? Or just the over politic-king by the monkeys from the "political zoo".

Hopefully, we are able to really identify our wants sincerely. If than, to migrate is the best thing to do  to fulfill your wants, by all mean please do so for the sake of your professional life and me being an senior citizen of this nation, Malaysia wish you all the best. I am proud to be Malaysian, for Malaysia is always able to export talent!!
Time and again,  being professional please don't  generalize and look down upon Malaysia in a total entity. For us, this the  only our country our homeland where.. " disini tumpah darah ku".
A professional should think alike..think professionally! unless you are a political asylum..seeking justice from a faraway nation, ..bashing the system outrightly is so obvious than.
Finally, I reiterate, so why bother, to have this Talent Corp thing? 15% flat income tax lure....am not sure the worth for it?
