He should go out there on the street to call those muslim to go to the mosque and not call upon those who are already in the mosque. Though, we know what the imam really mean, that the attendees to the congregation must call upon those who did not attend the friday prayer now, the next time encourage them to come and relate to them the kind of sin they commits if they don't.

But Tuan-Ku you are totally out of contacts..........Your titah is not in good taste.... The worst part why only the malays is on the receiving end, how about the non-malay, are they all suppose to be the subjects of the state thus should respect you, or are they your subjects of good steed who normally patronized the royalty with high esteem and showered the istana with gifts, monies and whatever title thats befit.
Constitutonally, being head of the state in religous and the "adat" affair did Tuan-Ku uphold that responsibility in high regard and esteem within the religous term of being an "Imam". Not only on occassion but a practising imam in leading the muslim malay.

RESPECT OR NOT TO RESPECT

We Malaysian especially the Malays are normally taken for granted that they respect their Sultan, Raja and Tuanku with high regard. That is the truth where most non-Malay thought all this years before and after merdeka. The funny part my father never ever told me that as Malay we must look upon the sultan in high esteem. Even amongst the elders in our kampong, they don’t care. Maybe they are too busy to really care about…maybe.
I am not even sure that the Malays really understand how the system works in this country. A parliamentary democracy with constitutional monarchy where the Sultans and the Yam Tuan being the head of the states will take turn to be the Agong, a constitutionally elected monarchy to be the king of the nation.
However the Prime Minister, a democratically elected leader will be the executive heading the country’s management. Any form of decision making with regards to the well being of the nation is his responsibility.
However, a Sultans or Raja who use to be the supreme leader of their states, were a powerless entity during the colonial era. Their existence is almost like those Rajas in India or Sultanates in Indonesia during the British and Dutch colony respectively.
In Malaysia, the Malays continue to exhibit their wanting for Sultans and Rajas trusting that the palace will play positive roles in preserving the Malay culture and of course this should be in a form of two way communication, where the Sultan and Raja will act and decide upon advice and consultation made by the state’s chief minister or mentri besar who led the executive function. This form of communication and advisory role of the mentri besar have been practiced for many decades.
So, Malaysia is governed by almost a similar form of a constitutional monarchy like British Isle. Where the Queen is head of state but the royal family will remain as one, inherit form of kingship.
The issue on contention today is with regards to respect and loyalty to the Sultan. From the very beginning I am not to sure the kind of respect and the degree of humbleness you should be as a servant or a subject to the sultanate.
Again, I am confused to being a servant? And a subject to who? Are we supposed to attain our liberty since the merdeka day? My father told me, so with my religion we are all servant of God – Allah SWT.
How if I choose not to respect the sultan? Those Malays or even non-Malays being conferred with datukship and titles from the sultan will of course curse at me for being “derhaka”.
Why? Derhaka, that sultan is not my sultan what, the one that I should show respect is Yang DiPertuan Besar the Ruler of Negeri Sembilan. I am born and brought up in kampong in Negeri Sembilan.
Even that with some from of limitation if the Yam Tuan want my respect couple with a list of provision much because I am an independent citizen of the nation. If the Yam Tuan discharges his duties within the constitutional law of the nation his majesty will of course gain my respect.
The truth is I respect everyone as a fellow human being regardless of colors and creeds. However, those leaders may it be from the political party and the royalty who have receive monies in the form salaries, allowances, perks and other benefit in kinds from the taxpayers they need to earn their respect.
Respect must be earned and gained, not force through because of the title that you have or you being somebody and abuse it. Money can’t buy respect, though if that happen that is to subscribe towards the lowest value in human dignity, equivalent to “bodek”, “ampu” or apple polisher so on so forth.

Not only in USA, but most of the western nation, either you are from the labor party or the conservative. How about the leftist and so with rightist within the american society? 2008 - GONE WITH THE WIND - SCUMBAGS

Today! It is a New Year. 2009 maybe better than last year and will it be? Any idiot out there that think so, will be the biggest moron of all !!! Talk about 2008...what a year, full with political flip-flop, and the year exit with world economy in limbo.

Malaysia, now in great divide where the current central government of BN only managed to scrap through with a simple majority. The PR with 5 states now under their governance whilst other state under BN,the politicking seems to continue with no sign of abating. Political cock talking now take a centre stage almost everyday in all medias. Sleep, talk politic, eat politic and also shit politic. When will all this political monkeys going to stop monkeying around. Are they suppose to serve the people and the country? Or only to serve their greed for power and authority.

Now it come to our sense! MPs are equivalent to "monyet penipu", they only think of their own political survival. Yeah!! It is a profession where people likes to profess bullshit and talking cock. To have daily political polemic in the media, infact is an art! a professional undertaking sort of.

This is Malaysia,my beloved country, the only place under the sun where people of difference creed and colors try to make a decent living. I am not too sure about the majority, however over the years whoever in the political helm make no diff. Ordinary Malaysian still needs to struggle and work their balls out to have a decent life.

The recent general election, did change the political landscape of Malaysia. Right to say here the change in the numbers of opposition MP aka "monyet penipu" in the Dewan Raayat. Most of us the ordinary Malaysian would like to observe what kind of changes will the PR's MP aka monyet penipu will bring about to the nation. I would put it as a total failure !!! dismal performance full with empty talks almost similar to the ruling party MPs aka "monyet penipu".

So, to us ordinary Malaysian what are the significant changes and benefits that we all attain?

Today is the 1st day of 2009, another year where we all will aspect gloomy landscape in economy, business and those activity related to it. How bad it will be? Only time will tell. Since the continuous soaring price of petrol from mid 2008 to October, economist foresee the kind of turbulent the world will faced. Wonder who the cuplrit is? which turn the world into counter-productive,inflation and contributed to severe hardship in the 3rd world.What the heck I am! Where is the third world? Are we all living in 1 world. So, who created this 3rd world.... simple non- other than the world capitalist.

Again, Is it the OPEC's nations did it? Increasing the prices of the most vital form of resources to move everything. Or those bunch of capitalist who make a living in future trade on commodities, or the currency speculators which make their billion, from the suffering of others.

Suddenly, towards the end of 2008, the meltdown of the capitalist financial traders institution. Lehman, AIG aka AIA. Morgan Stanley, Madoff and many more financial scumbags of the world go bust,exploding the shit of decieves, cheats, manipulations and blood suckers. Yet again, the eve of 2009 this scumbags plundered Gaza strip, killing hundreds of Palestinian and wounding thousand of innocent civilian. When will they be able to repent....even toward the end of his presidency, the worst President of US, Bush continue to support the scumbags -- israel. Will they ever come to their senses and repent, the massive economic meltdown and depression their citizen are suffering much due to being a strong ally with the historical scumbag...the jews of israel.

Back to Malaysia, how we want no scumbags in our economy, the ruling party governing the nation must come out strong, ensuing sound economic policies and strategies. The capitalist banking institution should show more flexibility in lending, in time of difficulties faced by the raayat. Employer's, and so with the industrialist should show concern and sympathy to their workers which toil, blood, sweat and tears over the years contributing to the well being of the company. Austerity drive and cost cutting move should not end with employees losing their jobs.

To the PR MPs in Dewan Raayat and those states MBs, Ketua Mentri buck up and practice what you believe in preaching during the election campaign or be prepared to be booted out in the next election. Tired and sick of populist politicking, a marriage of convenient kind of coalition ,porous and crumble easily under racial tone of chauvinist inclination.
