15% FLAT RATE TAX LURE??

Dear All, Living in this border-less world to migrate or not to migrate is a choice and core essence in human right fundamental. Let us not delve too much and make racist comments here.We have to accept the fact that people migrate everywhere  and every time is a non-issue in most developed country nowadays. Especially when they feel there are better prospects elsewhere.
The main factor or the key motivation of migration which remains to be the endogenous cause is remuneration and wages. It was estimated that the difference of wages between destination and source countries is between 3-15 times. This remains a key push factor of migration. In this  challenging  world it can be difficult to change this temptation of life. More than what each of us want in life, such as wealth, status, uptodate lifestyle, self esteem and many more factors that keep ascending the ladder of human wants and achievements. Than the ideal way of life, freedom in almost  every aspect of human intellectual capacity.

Especially to those  who has lived most of his adult life outside his country of birth (admittedly not as a refugee but as a probably somewhat privileged professional), I am quite sure that - the above brief list of  temptation to migrate are the main reason to stay in those so call better places.
Frankly having Talent Corp to lure back Malaysian's professional is sort of changing one more thing of a norm in nature. Attempting the "impossible". It's not going to happen, unless when Malaysia is a fully develop and just like that nations of choice for the professional.
So why even bother, to have this Talent Corp thing?
I fully agreed with the idea that "instead of trying to lure Malaysians home, why don't the government look into why these talented and brainy people are leaving in the first place? Such as why medical doctor in a government hospital are paid less than those director of a department which only have general art degree?  And what about those who chose to stay and "Berkhidmat Untuk Negara" despite being offered a greener pasture? Where and what are their incentives and rewards? "
Like it or not, there is no short cut to this issue. Flat rate 15% tax, seems not to be  the right attitude in luring professional Malaysian abroad. I don't know are we dealing with commodity or human value and wants?

How the government going to achieve this? Getting to know them, understanding their attitude is completely a different experience or learning in building a  nation. Honestly, their experience will be able to inspires every people, the experience that leaves us all thinking "what want they have, their wanting for better life, their wanting to enjoy the rewards of having such professionalism" and many more wants.
However, as from the very begining of my comment "brain drain" is a common issue everywhere. Apart from the lure of remuneration and wages other aspect of living life do have some motivation and the wants to migrate.
Just one simple line to illustrate that unfulfill wants;
How can one possibly live together if one doesn't even understand each other?
After more than 50 years of Merdeka, I reminisce the early years of self reliance where our father, parents and grand parents of various races live harmoniously together in the spirit of Muhibbah and now the loud banging of 1 Malaysia, yet, till now we question the justification of NEP, harping on racial equal rights for education, housing, job offering and many more ..are we all now drifting apart, despite that, so call being a professional and  knowledgeable? Or just the over politic-king by the monkeys from the "political zoo".

Hopefully, we are able to really identify our wants sincerely. If than, to migrate is the best thing to do  to fulfill your wants, by all mean please do so for the sake of your professional life and me being an senior citizen of this nation, Malaysia wish you all the best. I am proud to be Malaysian, for Malaysia is always able to export talent!!
Time and again,  being professional please don't  generalize and look down upon Malaysia in a total entity. For us, this the  only our country our homeland where.. " disini tumpah darah ku".
A professional should think alike..think professionally! unless you are a political asylum..seeking justice from a faraway nation, ..bashing the system outrightly is so obvious than.
Finally, I reiterate, so why bother, to have this Talent Corp thing? 15% flat income tax lure....am not sure the worth for it?

THIS IS NO BULLSHIT! - WHEN FAKE IS TRUE!!!

Believe or not, Fake chicken eggs were really common since last year and the beginning of this year in China and profitable. Just do a search on the subject yourself.
I have a really hard time buying this story. Conceivably one could eventually make this process profitable, but it seems a stretch to believe that it could become profitable quickly enough to take the place of real egg production. It just doesn’t even make sense why you would experiment and perfect this process. I really love China...when come to fake things....I mean things here...not the Chinese.

For me, I have built my own chicken coop from mostly scrap materials for next to nothing. Am so glad other poultry keepers have so many bits of info on hen houses.Getting green and organic by having your own green patch.

So identical...you guess what??? Whats next from China..

Maybe good for the global food program for the world poor, where soon the rich will only exclusive to the genuine one !!!! next in line, hopefully fake chicken..with an affordable pricing!! at least to compete with the non-stop increase of chicken price in Malaysia.
The world is becoming more weird and cruel... the poor will be more pauper, not only in worldly materials but their health and the rich will grow richer and meaner in getting rid of the poor. A new world order...

LIVING BEYOND YOUR MEAN!!!!!!!!!

RM2mil in account of ex-director

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has traced millions of ringgit more in the accounts of Customs Department officers, including at least RM2mil in the account of a retired Customs director.

Sources said the task force investigating the case believed a well-known forwarding company had banked the money into the account of the retired director for favours granted while in office.

from The Star..

This is not news...and definitely not an isolated case like most people within the public servant or even the lawmakers use to conclude conveniently. Not even a tip of the iceberg, or maybe just a small snow flake on the mountain of Switzerland.
The raayat will of course find it very difficult to comprehend,  especially those from the rural kampong or new villages. During 60's or the 70's being rich is easy to understand..sheer hardwork, toil of blood, sweat and tears so with good business acumen.
However today living beyond your mean - I mean generally will attract to a lots of perception and suspicion. But don't be mistaken, holding steadfastly to that understanding of sheer hardwork and toiling...is over and out today. If you are young, educated and full of zest in acquiring a good life is no secret. Young entrepreneur will be a millionaire in no time..if he or she is able to explore the wildest of dream to road of richness.
So, not really a surprising situation young people or the yuppies to attain trendy and luxurious lifestyle  today. Remember, BMW is assembling and choose Malaysia the center for sales and distribution. So what the fuss of living beyond your mean...
But... if a retired or senior public servant to live beyond their mean is indeed a concern..and will likely to attract a lots of guesses.
But then don't jump the gun... their kids maybe a young entrepreneurs..or maybe a successful businessman engage in a long term contract of supplying good and services to the department...where the decision of those entity with regards to contract and authority headed by his or her own "old man".
In Malaysia nothing impossible.. life like that lo!!!

Can't Help It - I tried -But I have too- cos ' “Everyone has a photographic memory. Some just don’t have film”

I tried, but in vain not to talk about stinking political landscape of Malaysia.

Time and again politics were rocked by a sex tape of the main opposition leader revealed last few days. While the identity of Dato T is being discussed and now revealed, it is equally important how the public reacts to this development, which is liable to cause changes in Malaysia political arena. Sure opinions may differ on the likely perception of the Malaysian people. Generally, Malaysian is not that dumb to just swallow the MSM “politico scandalio bombshell”

Re-attempt of balancing  the in-balance!! Down the drain...

Rhetoric & Recycling Political Garbage!!

Surprisingly all of a sudden political magdalen turn moralists, whether they are with religious or secular thought background. Private life is pulled to shreds in Malaysia more than elsewhere and situations against public morality define the fates of politicians more than everywhere else. Fine! “Politicians are role models for their society and the public expects them to give an account about every matter, but private lives should also be as transparent as their wealth”
The aftermath of the sex tape scandal featuring main opposition leader with a prostitute may only create new gap or even widening hate and anti-establishment feeling of the raayat at large. Especially, the tape was revealed by the ruling party veteran. A de-motivating undertaking which will likely pause the recent showing of acceptance to the ruling coalition.

Suggestion for CI - taxpayer money again??
Blunder in the midst!!!

All politician are of same cock color!!
Now whatever the reason, so with justification of who leaked the video to the press, political analysts and  the new media player – bloggers, have been preoccupied wondering how the public will react to the episode. The episode will be further spin with more fiery political debates not only in the MSM but within the alternative media.
At time politic is all about… spinning, grinding, concocting truth and lies…but  at time  they got entangled,grind-ed and miss-concocted …...knowing that:

“Everyone has a photographic memory. Some just don’t have film”

The West is clearly considering the ‘option’ of partitioning Libya

" We are the champion of the world democrazy!!! Libya will be liberated, US and it allies are obligated towards world peace, human right and bla..bla..bla... " Obama said.
[consider these war venture on Libya...my fellow congress, our dire state of economy requires ....change...change...so we have to change Libya...we will suck Libya of its oil. You all should know 1/3 of world oil reserve is in Libya... Sudan is now ours, now we need to increase our stock pile. The oil in Libya is more sweeter....]
